These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Mr. Klean Cleaning Service & Property Maintenance. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to pay for the cleaning services provided as outlined in your service estimate or agreement. We reserve the right to modify our services, rates, and these terms at any time.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is expected upon completion of service unless otherwise specified in a service contract. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. All Sales Are Final

All payments made for services rendered are non-refundable. If dissatisfied, a one-time courtesy re-clean may be requested within 24 hours of the original service. Re-cleans are subject to availability and do not imply liability or further obligation.

5. Property Access and Preparation

• You must ensure our cleaners have access to the premises.
• Please secure pets and valuables.
• We are not responsible for moving heavy furniture or cleaning inaccessible areas.

6. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Service Scope

Our services include only those agreed to in writing. Additional services require approval and may incur extra charges.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.
